Herbal hormones (Evanesce, Feminol)

Please let me know if yu have tried any herbal hormones, especially Evanesce, with any success. Some say they are bunk, while others have had results better than expected. Please outline any side effects, advice from medical professionals, diet recommendations--anything you feel may be of use to a Sister beginning her feminization with herbal 'mones.
